This Is That was an intensive international performance project created with director/choreographer Philippe Blanchard. Developed through weeks of research, improvisation and open rehearsals, it pushed us to explore identity, instinct, movement and our connection with a live audience. We toured the work across the UK and Europe, building the confidence, presence and spontaneity that later shaped our screen acting.

My first acting role was Pedro Flores for the History Channel, opposite my real-life twin brother as the Flores brothers who helped bring El Chapo to justice. We trained hard for a major Spanish-language scene, nailing the Mexican accent, physical mannerisms and even smoking convincingly despite both being non-smokers. The scene was ultimately cut, but the preparation was intense and unforgettable.

How About You? was our very first experience as performers—a complete learning-on-the-job journey with director Philippe Blanchard. From Stockholm and Malmö to Paris, Lecce, New York, New Mexico, Montreal and Düsseldorf, we learned through instinct, experimentation and performance. It introduced us to a kind of theatre built on intuition: reacting truthfully, being present, trusting each other and, above all, learning how to simply be real.
