Joanna Godwin-Seidl Comédienne
I'm an actor, director, and producer with a deep love for bold, human stories — the kind that ask questions, challenge expectations, and stay with you long after the lights go down. As Artistic Director of viennatheatreproject, I’ve brought powerful, internationally acclaimed plays to life on stage. I've also stepped in as performer with my own company and others when the script was too brilliant to miss.
Trained in the UK and based and still training in Vienna, I work across theatre, film, and voice — with a strong background in English-language productions, as well as experience in German. My on-screen work includes an independent feature, short films, and some TV Shows, and I’m a passionate voice artist with a flair for character, nuance, and storytelling.
Live performance is also a heartbeat for me — whether on stage or hosting events, I thrive in the energy of the moment and connecting with audiences directly.
I love the magic of collaboration and am always open to creative conversations that push boundaries and make meaning.
